How Subscriptions Work

Coffee is automatically delivered on your schedule. Cancel anytime.

Our Roasting Policy

We currently roast small batches 1-2 times a week to maintain optimum freshness. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed (Mon-Fri).

We recommend consuming our coffee at least 5 days after the roast date; this is to allow the natural gases (carbon dioxide) found in freshly roasted coffee time to settle (‘de-gas’). Our coffee is good for up to 3 months from the roast date.

To preserve your coffee and get the best possible flavour, we recommend buying whole beans and grinding what you need each day. Coffee beans are best stored in an airtight container and kept in a dry, cool environment such as a cupboard. We do not recommend storing coffee in the fridge.
